What are the two plans you offer, and what’s the difference between them?

Both of our plans offer full support for exporting your store from any of our supported marketplaces. The Growth Plan enables you to export your store from any marketplace to eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Poshmark, Google Shopping, Depop, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and eBid. If you’d like to export your store to Amazon or Walmart, you’ll need to purchase the Amazon & Walmart Premium Plan. With this plan you will be assigned a dedicated agent, who will handle the setup process with the marketplace directly.

Can I purchase both plans, or do I have to choose only one?

You can purchase both plans right away, or start with one plan and upgrade whenever you like.

How do I start my free trial, and how does it work?

You can start your free trial by clicking the “Start Free Trial” button at the top of this page. Once you start your free trial, you’ll have complete access to all of our tools for 7 days, 100% free of charge. At the end of the 7-day trial period, you’ll be asked to subscribe in order to continue using our services.

Is there a limit on the number of listings I can have?

There's no limit to the number of listings you can have. You can export and sync as many listings as you want.

How many marketplaces/carts/stores can I connect?

ExportYourStore allows you to connect as many stores as you’d like. You can choose which platform connects to and syncs your new platforms, allowing you to seamlessly manage as many marketplaces/carts/stores as you want. Additionally, you can view and manage all your accounts with our convenient multi-account interface.

Will I need to input my credit card information to startmy free trial?

There's no need to submit any payment information to start your free trial. You will receive full and complete access to ExportYourStore, completely free of charge – no credit card required!

The only exception is if you have a new account on Amazon that requires setup (brand approvals and GTIN exemptions to list on Amazon). In this case, there will be a setup fee of $1.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment through PayPal and by credit card.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Of course! If you wish to cancel your subscription for any reason, you can do so by clicking the cancellation link on your billing page. Alternatively, you can also send our customer service team a message requesting to cancel your subscription, and it will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
